For all Print Office prints color mode must be in CMYK mode for us to consider it ready for print. If we reserve files saved in any other color mode, such as RGB or Pantone, we will do our best to convert those files into CMYK during job boarding. Conversion from one color standard to another may result in a color shift or color loss.

 

For most of our products a hard copy proof is available for viewing, to get a more accurate color representation of your artwork before going to press. To learn more please call customer service at 844-21-Print.

The answer is No. The time it requires to “turn a project around” is a reference to Print Office’s production time to finish your project. So therefore this doesn’t include shipping time. In addition, turnaround time for your job order begins from the time the order was received b our systems, and the print-ready files are properly set and uploaded, attached and approved. If a proof is selected, your turnaround begins from the time we receive your approval of the proof to send project to print.

The answer is Yes. Print Office ensures project turnaround time. This time begins once job receivables have been fully supplied by the customer to start the project development period. While Print Office endeavors to meet turnaround responsibilities for each job, creative delays can sometimes happen. In the occasion that Print Office misses a turnaround time, we will strive to appease your troubles with a discount to rush order your next print job. Job cancellations based on turnaround time are permitted only if the original order clearly states sensitivity in delivery time, and a specified cut-off date your job requires to make that delivery. If Print Office misses this request, we will honor a cancelation, If the item has not yet shipped.

Please note Print Office cannot assume any responsibility for shipping delays as a result of delivery carriers or any business damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected arrival time-also known as delivery date-is an estimate only. As a result, Print Office can’t be held responsible for delivery delays once your job leaves our facilities.

At Print Office we make it a top priority to meet your turnaround expectations, and we promise a strong effort to work with you in adjusting your turnaround time as needed, once the order has began processing. If you want to expedite turnaround time, it’s important you work with us in pointing out the key details required to ensure best results.

With that said, sometimes we may not be able to modify turnaround due to the day-to-day challenges of managing a large quantity of production orders.

Once you click the "Confirm Order" button and submit your order, your credit card will be charged for the total amount shown, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable. No refunds will be given for orders that have been received by our prepress department.

Artwork files can be changed anytime before you approve your print job. After you approve your print job online, including artwork files, Print Office cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your artwork files unless you have requested a proof.

If you have requested a proof, you can change your artwork files before approving your proof. Please note that Print Office cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your artwork files after you have approved the proof for your print job since your job will be sent to our production department to be printed on one of our presses.

It is important that you supply all fonts used in your layout. If you do not supply fonts in your artwork file, we will request that you resubmit your files with fonts included.

If you have vector artwork and your file is missing fonts, you can open your file in Illustrator, select "Create Outlines", save your fonts, re-save your artwork file, and then upload it.

If you have artwork that is rasterized, you can open your file in Photoshop and select "Flatten the Layers", re-save your artwork file, and then upload it. Please do not submit your fonts separately from your file because it is critical that we receive your print-ready file with fonts included to avoid any printing issues.

Print Office requires a 0.25" bleed around the perimeter of your artwork to ensure accurate cutting (e.g., artwork for a 4"x6" postcard should extend to 4.25" x 6.25"). If your image has a white border on all four sides, bleeds are recommended but not required. If your image is not white on all four sides, you must include bleeds in print-ready files.

Most printing jobs, require the traditional  “300 dots per inch” (DPI) as the minimum resolution to guarantee acceptable printing results. For larger scale products such as large format posters or large vinyl  banners, Print Office recommends sharper resolutions that can range from 300 and as hgi as 1200 dpi, depending on hwo the printed product is goign to be used.

All orders are automatically stored electronically in a password-protected account for re-ordering. Customers can also edit future orders as needed.

Print Office ensures the secured processing and certification of online payments through VeriSign SSL. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) provides security and data integrity for communications over Internet networks.
